Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Customized orders require production time before dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, quantity, dimensions, and delivery location. The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Damaged Shipment
